We provide an unbiased evaluation of the things needing to be done prior to putting your home on the market. We offer a written report which is a detailed room-by-room list emailed back to you or if you prefer a verbal walk through we can do that too. Both the written report and verbal consultation allow you a jump on the competition, a quicker sale and the best chance for a full price offer.
Color Consult – $150.00
Selecting color from hundreds of choices can be overwhelming. Lighting, architecture and furniture play a factor in that decision. We can aid you in choosing the right color and finish the first time around.
Shopping (with client) – $75.00 an hour
If you don’t want to go it alone and need extra guidance, we’d love to go shopping with you. We’ll help find that perfect piece for your home while trying to inspire and help you feel more confident in decorating on your own next time.
